These people know their business and how to sale a house!  Everything from Ken's first look at our home, his suggestions as he walked through were helpful, knowledgeable and professional!  He was the fire behind getting our home sold in just a few months!  They had us on the move from the start with showings almost daily from the start.  We were able to leave the state with the house in their hands and the last few weeks, they stepped up everything - they called us in our new home and announced that we had a firm offer...it all went just like clock work.  From the time the beautiful "For Sale" sign went up in our yard, to the last signature made on the contract, everything was smooth, pleasant and I frankly enjoyed getting to know these highly motivated professionals!

My fiance and I recently purchased our first home. At the beginning of our 'house hunt' we were paired up with a realtor, Agent X. Agent X took us to see a few houses and when we found one we liked and asked for her opinion, advice, and helpful info. Agent X shrugged her shoulders and said, "Whatever you think." Well, as you may know, that's not helpful at all to a first time home buyer. After seeing 5 or 6 houses with Agent X, we decided that we would have to try our luck with another realtor. We were connected with Nick - and it was like our whole search completely turned around. When we asked Nick a question, he had an answer... on the rare occasion that he didn't - he found it for us. We never got a shoulder shrug as a response to a question. We always felt that Nick was as excited about getting us a house we would love as we were. After we got together and made the offer on the house, Nick constantly kept us informed and never seemed irritated with any of the questions that we threw his way. I enjoyed working with Nick so much, that when my two best friends each started looking for their first homes, I did not hesitate to connect them to Nick. It was coming time that I needed to step out on my own and pursue my dream of home ownership. But, of course, after the mortgage crisis, I was very nervous. I had always listened to Dave Ramsey and read all his material and I decided to check out his Endorsed Local Providers, which is how I found Ken. After finding Ken through the Dave Ramsey website, I researched his website and realized he really knew the real estate industry. With the understanding that I absolutely knew nothing about what to look for in real estate, Ken seemed like the natural choice to call. So, I did. He immediately started teaching me the basics and even the not-so basics of real estate. He truly has the heart of a teacher; after all he is a retired educator. Ken has great characteristics. His patience in working with my fiancé and me was really quite extraordinary. I almost felt for sure that our wants far outweighed reality; considering my budget and income. A few times I wanted to give up after looking at several houses, and not finding what I thought was best to raise a family. And when I did find something I thought was worth settling for, Ken would give strong advice which ultimately steered us in the right direction. He was never forceful, but he was honest. His knowledge of real estate and his generosity with that knowledge kept me from making a huge and costly mistake. Now I’m proud to say that we found a great four bedroom three bath home within budget, because of his awesome persistence in dealing with us. He could have easily guided us to a home that would have gotten him free of us quicker than what he did, but he didn’t. And for that, I am extremely grateful. We have just recently painted the majority of the house, added a privacy fence, and claimed a space for ourselves in this big daunting world. All the while, the house keeps renewing a sense of pride on daily basis that I can not replace with the rent of an apartment.
